Priya Kiri, is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher  and student from London. She teaches classes, groups, corporates and private 1-1 sessions across Stanmore, Harrow, Northwood, Barnet and Greater London.

Styles of teaching include traditional hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga. All classes include pranayama (breathwork) and meditation with mindfulness aspects for an authentic yoga practice.

Our Classes

All classes include pranayama (breathwork) and meditation with mindfulness aspects for an authentic yoga practice.

Hatha Yoga

Using physical alignment and breathing to achieve union between the active and energetic body. A class always consists of traditional sun salutations, standing, seated and finishing postures, ending with an assisted relaxation. Strong holds of these are held to fully experience engagement of the breath and the energetic/physical benefits.

Yin Yoga & Meditation

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures. Closely aligned to meditation it works deeply into the passive body, to slow down and step away from the yang. Poses are held for longer periods of time. (anywhere from 3-10mins), with the use of props, allowing time for complete stillness and introspection.

I found Priya by chance and am so glad I did - she comes to my home once a week and we practice yoga at a pace that works for me. Priya takes the time to understand what her students want out of the session, and works to achieving that - so some days we are able to focus on certain poses and techniques, while other days we focus on mindfulness and breathing. Also, she has one of the calmest voices I have ever come across.
