I am passionate about helping others develop a daily practice, refresh their mindset, deepen their yoga experience and offer wellbeing advice; so others can benefit in their own unique way.
I had initially begun yoga as a practice to relieve stress and anxiety, and experience moving my body in a different way. Through over 10 years of exploration and a deeper understanding of insight into myself, I became deeply drawn to meditation. Having spontaneously travelled the world for a year I was fortunate to give myself time to participate in adventures, culture, challenges and hone great survival skills. As a complementary factor I was able to introspect on ancient traditions and the quality of my mind. Travel and meditation transformed the landscape of my mind, and I realised just how powerful the breath is. Yoga is the seat of meditation, and I would love to share with you.
"It is not how we create shapes with our body, but how we react and respond to all that we face in life."
